Freedom of Speech NOW!

I don't know who posted this on Wiki. But I must contact this person to verify his statements. And by god I hope its true. In fact, we all know some of them are true. But anyways, read and reveal!

"The owners of the school spend most of what the school earns on buying themselves big cars, big homes and by improving their lifestyles. Sadly, the schools have become very corrupt and their standards are falling by the day."

we know THIS is true
"SABIS prides itself on knowing important well-connected people who can provide assistance."

evidently true, personal experience.

"due to rigourous and draconian measures implemented by their management, many teachers leave the system annually, which no doubt jeopardises this lucrative contract. They continue to recruit young, inexperienced teachers usually from Irish Universities. Many legal cases have been brought from disgruntled staff members in recent years."

I couldn't care if they were inexperienced, most of them were smart enough to leave. And the best teachers I've had were all Irish. including a certain Mr. H and Ms. C

"However, in recent years its reputation has been tarnished by accusations of fraud and mismanagement. Many teachers leave the SABIS system complaining of an over-vigourous and draconian management style. Many students who go on to University complain that the SABIS system did not adequately prepare them for university life. Nowadays, the owners of the school spend most of what the school earns on buying themselves big cars, big homes and by improving their lifestyles. The core philosophy of SABIS/Choueifat is to make as much profit from education as they are able. SABIS does not invest in technology in their schools and teachers often complain about the lack of resources. For example, some schools do not have "white boards" and use traditional "chalk boards". Teachers are encouraged to economise when using chalk or board pens"
Very true, one example would be that Mr G. is now rearranging seating plans in order to add more tables. more students. more money. Its bad enough you're shoving 40 of us in a class but to add 20 more is ridiculous.

Then there are also cases of fraud and mismanegement of state funds in SABIS schools in the U.S. particularly with SABIS schools in the states of Massecheusets and Cincinatti being forced to close down and SABIS loosing an amount of $3 million. The most sickening thing is that in the Cincinatti case, SABIS accused the goverment of racism since most of the students there are African Americans insteading of admitting that they are lying, cheating, stealing, self righteous bastards. SABIS cheats students, parents, humanity, and the goverments they serve. In the UAE this would include complete defiance of Ministry rules.

"The SABIS school system does not encourage sports. In fact they do not teach PE(Physical Education) in any of their schools. The owners, out of external pressure, devised the "student life organization" Each student is awareded merit points, which SABIS claim, helps them gain credit in their future university. Most SABIS schools lack adequate training facilities for any kind of sporting activities. They claim on their website to have fully-equipped facilities, but in point of fact their schools are in urgent need of refurbishment. These lack of facilities led the Queen of Jordan to withdraw her own children from the SABIS school in Jordan."
This we all know is true, please re read the blog for referance or ask any student.
Depending on the courses a student takes and the university he or she wishes to apply to, they can generally be qualified with 12 or 13 years of schooling. It has become increasingly difficult for SABIS students to adapt to University life. SABIS has not created artistic, creative students. They often complain that SABIS made them too teacher dependant. The owner of SABIS gives annual speeches about how university education is a complete "con". It is bewildering why he then boasts ( although inaccurate ) about how many of his "choueifatis" attend prestigious universities.
no further comment necessary.
Although I would like to comment on certain Ministry of Education involvement in the UAE. The Ministry declares that they just set guidelines and are not involved with private schools. Most of the youth in the UAE attend private schools. That's a considerable amount of the future out of your hands. SABIS schools in particular are extremely abusive and yet you refuse to do anything about the situation because it is a private school. I ask that you loyal readers join me by making it known that the ministry should rewrite some of its own constrictions to better suit the public. One angry letter at a time, and then we move on to peaceful protest.

L is for Losers?

Those are the most annoying things I hear, apart from Mr. G's ramblings. I find it ignorant that students a few students in S have the audacity to delude themselves by thinking that just because they are in S, they're infinitely smarter than the rest of us. I'll say this from experience, allot of you a diligent, some of you are intelligent, the rest of you are a bunch of idiots. I could have went to S just as well. I chose L because I saw no point in stressing myself on physics and chemistry since I won't be needing them at any time since I intend on going into the arts. But just because I didn't fall into the S clique, I'm the idiot? and you're smart? Big bloody deal, you took a few extra courses. Yet some of you couldn't control a fart let alone your own arrogance. And when it comes to actually having a serious discussion, some of you act like a bunch of mini Ann Coulters.

EXTRA: I'd like to give a big shout out to Darah, who talked about contradictions. You say you enjoy my writing yet it seems like you want me to stop. OK, first of all, I do have a life. Big Shock, I know. I post here whenever It needs updating or when I'm really ticked off. You are right about one thing, Choueifat is not what any school is like. And how am I making my time here harder? I have 2 more years left before I leave and no one knows who or where I am writing this blog from and I'm passing with flying colours. Oh and I don't expect the school to change anytime soon, for reference as to why please read Nineteen Eighty Four by George Orwell. And I do intend on being happy since no one else will. I will tell you that I dream of being an actor. And since the ISC is utter crap when it comes to the arts, I've taken that into my own hands. So that when I do go to New York to follow my dreams, I'll have some credentials. Thank you for your comments by the way. And have a nice year.

I'm Boycotting You

Dear Convicts and Ex-Convicts

Is it just me, or has has this place lately been empty? It seems no ones been showing up here. I know I've been gone a long time but I really am trying to make it up to you. But how can I if nobody is there? The meter barely seems to go up anymore. I'm not posting any more anti-Choueifat material unless It's actually gonna get read or at least commented on. You can start now.
oh, and Ramadan Kareem to you all

KyoDes

UPDATE: I know it has only been a day, but A Very Interesting person sent me a very good reason to keep on posting and change my direction. I'll be keeping in touch with him alot now. I apologise If I havn't really been bothering, but I'll try and make it up to you. by the way "Bollocks". the stuff I write is not me making shit up, if I was just using my imagination as reality I would have nuked the schools and used bloody photoshop as evidence.

A Midsummer Nights Dream, Shortlived.

I apologise for not posting soon enough. As you might have guessed, I had an incredible summer. I even got to see Live Earth in London. I'm pretty sure its custom to mourn for 40 days after 2 and a half months of beautiful freedom. But anyways, now to the updates. On the Penguin VS Sabis case. Penguin won with Choueifat having to pay a substantial yet unknowable amount of money to Penguin. And they had to go under the condition that they would sell Penguin books in the bookstore instead of the plagiarised crap so lovingly conceived by Mr. G, bloody idiot! Any who, I'm going to be stuck in that rancid godforsaken spit of land for another 2 years. So I might as well try and make the best of it. I apologise for the delay and I'm sure many of you "loyal" fans have given up on my writing and think this is going downhill. I assure you, I will do my best to keep you up to date with all the details on crimes against nature and human development. I promise.

Oh and I would like to rant about something. A certain supervisor pulled me out of English because I was "chewing gum". What the pathetic excuse of a man forgot to notice was that since I had braces put in, the chances of me chewing gun are drastically reduced. So the idiot dragged me out of my favourite lesson just to ask me why am I chewing gum. I'm sure that was an attempt to make his obviously small "ego" seem rather large by picking on a 16 year old. Chewing gum is a small offence, even by SABIS standards. If the wanker had any common sense left in him he would have asked me to throw the gum instead of trying to show who has the biggest set of plums in the room. My English teacher, let us call her Mrs. E, sent me back into class and confronted this supervisor and left him with an excellent observation on why he is an idiot. I'm sure this won't be the last I see of him.
